The Rules of Participation at bopsta

ONLY ONE ACCOUNT PER USER

Users of Bopsta are only allowed to create ONE mybopsta account for themselves, and are NOT allowed to create multiple accounts with different email addresses. When you join Bopsta, your IP address is recorded along with other data to ensure that you do not create multiple accounts. If it is found that a user has created multiple accounts from the same machine, this is classed as cheating and the offending accounts will be immediately removed along with all votes and ratings made by these accounts.

If it is discovered that fraudulent activity has taken place to increase the votes and/or ratings of a particular video or group of videos, all offending mybopsta accounts will be deleted, the votes and ratings will be removed and the offending videos will be immediately disqualified from the competition. Cheating will NOT be tolerated at bopsta.

Please note: In some instances where multiple people are using the same computer to create accounts and vote; this activity will alert the system to suspicious behaviour. To protect the integrity of the voting system, we discourage people from creating multiple accounts for different people on the same machine, as this breaches the security rule and may lead to the users and videos in question from being disqualified.

Bopsta is a unique community of talented filmmakers from around the world. We are a community of peers with similar interests however we are very diverse in both age and culture. Please have respect for your fellow Bopstas and refrain from using derogatory or offensive language anywhere on the site. If you wouldn't say it to your mother at the dinner table, then don't say it here!

Coarse language will not be tolerated as will any comments/discussions that are meant to offend. We encourage you to express your feelings and thoughts, just be mindful of others.
