Lynne & Tessa took the world by storm in the third Pop Webcam Comp. defeating Sullio in the final

These two stars from Frankfurt, Germany took the world by storm dancing their way to the top with convincing wins over all their opponents.

Along the way they gathered a huge force of dedicated fans from all corners of the globe, who followed their every jump, spin and hair-flick. Their Barbie Girl clip has also spent about 8 weeks in the top 10 at Google Video, alerting many thousands of people to the wonderful world of Gidol. For that, I personally thank them both!

Let's not forget the resilient Sullio though, who after losing in the first round of the 2nd Webcam comp, returned with more character and enthusiasm to get right through to the grand final.

	Joe & Friends defeated Edaz in the second Music Video Grand Final

Joe & Friends

Joe & Friends danced their way through 4 gruelling rounds to be crowned Kings of Gidol as they edged out the ever-popular duet, Edaz in the Music Video Grand Final.

The video that was made as a gift for a friend in the UK, "You make me feel like dancing" captured the attention of a nation as the video was broadcast on New Zealand TV and the group became an overnight success. Fame through Gidol... who would have thought!?

A special mention must also go to runner's up, Edaz though. The creative duet brought the streets of London to our screens with their videos and have gathered a legion of fans along the way. I'm sure they'll be back, it's just a matter of time.

	Wessel & Christiaan defeated The Happy Dumbos in the second Pop Webcam Grand Final

The boys with more energy than a nuclear reactor stormed through the second Webcam competition of all time in convincing style, defeating the always popular, Happy Dumbos in the grand final.

With their energetic performances, they began the competition with a wonderful performance of the Spice Girls hit, Wannabe, but it was their version of Toybox's E.T that stole captured audiences around the world.

We're very honoured to introduce Wessel & Christiaan to the Gidol Hall of Fame, the second Dutch duo in only three competitions!

	Rockin the Bury defeated Anthony & Katy in the first Pop Music Video Grand Final

Rockin The Bury

The boys from New Jersey, USA have been inducted into the Gidol Hall of Fame after winning the Music Video category, beating Australia's darilngs, Anthony & Katy.

Rockin The Bury rocked past the first round with their classic rendition of "Final Countdown" by Europe and they uncovered more talent by giving us their winning video, "Eye of the tiger" by Survivor.

We're very proud to have Rockin The Bury join us at Gidol and I'm sure this won't be the last we'll be hearing from them. Their videos improve with each one they release and I for one am looking forward to the next.

	Pomme & Kelly defeated The Back Dormitory Boys in the Grand Final by 50,795 votes to 15,159

We are very proud to announce the first inductees to the Gidol Hall of Fame are the wonderful Dutch duo, Pomme & Kelly.

After storming through their first two round with convincing wins, they met the ever popular Back Dormitory Boys in the Grand Final, but their skill, enthusiasm and electric personality brought them home in style and they walked away with the glory.

We at Gidol were very proud to present Pomme & Kelly with a few additional prizes on top of their world-wide super-stardom. We were able to offeer them one years free hosting and domain provided by our friends at Lunarpages. And also, a US$250 cash donation will be made to the charity of their choice.
